Some drivers report individual finger updates one at a time
instead of all at once. When 10 fingers are down, this can
cause the framework to have to handle 10 times as many events
each with 10 times as much data. Applications like
PointerLocation would get significantly bogged down by all
of the redundant samples.
This change coalesces samples that are closely spaced in time,
before they are dispatched, as part of the motion event batching
protocol.
Increased the size of the InputChannel shared memory buffer so
that applications can catch up faster if they accumulate a
backlog of samples.
Added logging code to help measure input dispatch and drawing
latency issues in the view hierarchy. See ViewDebug.DEBUG_LATENCY.

Alt-TAB should have different semantics from the APP_SWITCH key
or long-press on HOME. Accordingly, remove the fallback action
for Alt-TAB and initiate the task switching behavior directly
in the policy.
Modified RecentApplicationsDialog to be more precise about the
initial modifiers that it considers to be holding the dialog.
The dialog is now dismissed by a second press on the APP_SWITCH
key or by a second long press on HOME.

Pass speech recognizer confidence values in the SpeechRecognizer and
RecognizerIntent APIs through to the caller. This change defines new
API constants for keys to these values.
The corresponding change is being made to Google Voice Search, and should be
made to any other implementations.

Pre-queue WebView touch events as we send them to webkit so that we
can run them through WebView later if webkit or hosted plugins go out

When a ValueAnimator is cloned, we correctly clone the underlying
PropertyValuesHolder objects and assign them to the new object.
However, we then put values into the new property map using the
old values instead of the new ones. This means that the per-property
animated values cannot be retrieved with the property names from
the cloned animator, because the map refers to the values of the
original object, not the cloned object that is actually being animated.
Fix is easy: just put the cloned values (which are already being created)
into the map.

If an invalid input string ends with a backslash inside a comment
or quoted string, the returned index would be past the end of the
string. In one case this would lead to a runtime exception being
thrown from MultiAutoCompleteTextView.performValidation.

Add host route for a default gateway before adding the default route.
Also fixing bug were "already active" condtion of APN failed to
propagate the default gateway info, resulting in a loss of that address.
