2542074fd7 Changes UserSystemPackageInstaller log TAG to use its own class name. 
This class issues a lot of "PKG is allowlisted but not present" logs
on boot, which makes it harder to watch other log messages on
UserManagerService.

24797ecd7b Add OEM config for enhanced confirmation mode and add restricted read ops 
OEM can set the config in config.xml to enable / disable enhanced
confirmation mode.
And now we only allow apps with manage appops permission to read
ACCESS_RESTRICTED_SETTINGS op, so bad apps cannot know if the app is
in restricted setting mode

edf1b37a08 Fix testRegisterComponentCallbacksOnWindowContext flaky 
This flakiness is due to race of config updates when WindowContext attaches to
DisplyArea.
This CL fixed it by:
1. Don't dispatch config updates to the client side when registering to
   DA. We have reported the value by the return value of
   #attachWindowContextToDisplayArea.
2. Use Handler#runWithScissors when attahing DA or DC. It can prevent
   WindowContext reports stale config values and also guarantee the order of
   onConfigurationChanged call.

e382326e3d Fix crash in getParentContainerBounds 
Before, before TaskFragment appeared, the getTopNonFinishingActivity may
be null, and throw exception for no bounds found.
Now, make sure we always have Task bounds stored.

85b339fb24 bootanimation: correct logo position and size after resolution changed 
The resolution may be changed while the boot animation is playing.
mInitWidth and mInitHeight store the original resolution, and then the
animation coordinate and size are recalculated according to the ratio
(mWidth/mInitWidth and mHeight/mInitHeight).

dd51f86fd4 Implement PiP custom close action on phone 
To use this new custom close action on Phone
- We expect app providing actions via
  PictureInPictureParams.Builder#setActions as they normally do
- We also expect app providing a custom close action via
  PictureInPictureParams.Builder#setCloseAction
- The custom close action is used on Phone only if it matches one of the
  actions listed in setActions (by comparing the PendingIntent)

SysUI will render the custom close action with a highlighted background
and ensures the PiP dismisses after certain timeout if the app fails to
respond in time.
