titles / subtitles so that the album art is centered better.
This required setting ConstraintSet values programmatically, which
re-surfaces the quirk we noticed earlier where if we set any
ConstraintSet values programmatically, then all the values in the layout
XML are erased. So, this CL also moves all constraints out of the layout
XML and into the ConstraintSet XML instead.

Test: `atest ChooserActivityTest`. The duration can be manually
configured by `adb shell device_config put systemui
sharesheet_list_view_update_delay n` to set a delay of n milliseconds.
With a timeout of 250 (as it was before this change), all the tests
still pass. With a timeout of 0, all tests pass but one (as described in
the doc linked above) -- a potential fix for that test will follow in a
subsequent CL.

The progress determines the fade amount (since
it represents the transition to the AOD UDFPS icon),
so we want to make sure it's appropriately set so
isn't in a stale state.

Right now, when an update is triggered, DateTimeView will trigger a full
relayout of its parents because it always calls setText, even if it
doesn't change the contents (later down the line, TextView will call
requestLayout() for wrap_content, even if size didn't change).
Checking if the content actually changed avoids that extra layout pass
which avoids needless relayouts in e.g. SystemUI Notifications.
