2cca90ecf4 Fixes bad PIP state when opening Maps from the lock screen 
When opening an app that's in PIP from a notification on the lock screen,
there's a race condition where the EXIT_PIP transition occurs before the
keyguard is removed, causing it to get aborted. This change resets the
PIP state and windowing mode manually when we receive the aborted transition.

Also fixes an issue with a snapshot being present when entering PIP
from this state.

02938e8cca [DO NOT MERGE] Update quickshare intent rather than recreating 
Currently, we extract the quickshare intent and re-wrap it as a new
PendingIntent once we get the screenshot URI. This is insecure as
it leads to executing the original with SysUI's permissions, which
the app may not have. This change switches to using Intent.fillin
to add the URI, keeping the original PendingIntent and original
permission set.

SaveImageInBackgroundTaskTest (to verify original pending intent
unchanged)

d4c9489b1d [Status Bar] Set status bar window insets to the status bar height. 
This is needed for the animation shown when you tap the ongoing call
chip in order to launch the call app. If we do *not* set the insets,
then the insets will change during the animation, which will result in
the animation being cancelled and show jank when launching the app.

Test: status bar smoke test on phone (verify status bar in portrait and
landscape, with and without ongoing call chip)

79f08fb251 Log plug state chage & other events at boot 
Logs plugged state changed, charging state changed, and battery level to
statsd at boot. These events used to be logged at boot, but the logic
was changed in ag/19715391. This is a partial revert of ag/19715391 to
restore the logic to the old behavior.
