Propagate error while scanning apk-in-apex to session object
...
By storing the error message on session object, we avoid searching the
logcat (which is not always available) for information on why
apk-in-apex scanning failed.

Fix translation reference gone problem.
...
1. We save Translator WeakReference in ServiceBinderReceiver.
It has a chance the reference is gone even the session is still
alive. Save Translator instead of WeakReference.
2. Fix not access TranslationManager mTranslators, mTranslatorIds in
the lock.
3. Fix protential NPE of resultData access in ServiceBinderReceiver.

AudioService: fix capture policy restoration

Fix ConcurrentModificationException thrown during capture policy
restoration. The code was retrieving the list of mappings from
uid to capture policies (ALLOW_CAPTURE_*) to send them to
AudioSystem. In case of failure, the capture policy was reset
and thus modified the mapping list.
Because the iteration happened on the same list it was trying to
modify, an exception was thrown.
The fix consists in iterating over a copy of the list of mappings
instead of the actual list, a private field in the PlaybackMonitor
class.
