52f6451203 Fix surface release race when using Shell Transitions 
Shell Transitions operates on the leashes both before and
after the animation in order to adapt shell transit to the
legacy transit impls in launcher.

This means we can't release the surfaces before the finish
callback. Since the finish callback provides a convenient place
to release the surfaces anyways, we can effectively disable
the release here.

Bug: 186158221
Test: enable shell transit, physically rotate to landscape,
      launch messages and then close it (back-gesture) repeatedly
      and observe that launcher doesn't crash.

e32e6b14b6 Doze - remove metrics logger, add uievent 
- UiEvent wasn't being used onWakeScreen even though the events
themselves already exist. Use ui-event and add event for wake timeout
- Inject UiEventLogger for easier testability

3397068594 Show recently active media on smartspace signal 
Smartspace will send an update when headphones are connected, but if the
user had recently active media (<3h) then we will show that media
instead of the smartspace cared. When smartspace later tries to expire
its card, this re-activated media will also be marked inactive again
(unless the user had started playback).

4053be9269 Only allow local sessions to be resumable 
It is possible for an app to be resumable locally, but also post
notifications when playing remotely that are not resumable long-term.
This change makes it so that only local sessions will be used for resume
players, and remote sessions will be removed when the underlying notification
is removed.
