To allow apps to know when text classification has been completed
on clipboard clips, ClipboardService will now call any
OnPrimaryClipChangedListeners when the classification status
of the primary clip changes.
This change is made as per API council suggestion.
This CL also ensures that the classification status is set on
any related profiles.

This value is the exact height of 4 collapsed notifications + padding (88*4+2*3)
We are increasing the height of notifications because we've increased the font sizes, line caps, and paddings, reducing the amount of content that can be shown in the same area. Specifically:
* BigPictureStyle's pictures were getting quite cramped, showing at almost 3:1 aspect ratio in some cases
* ConversationLayout for group chats have larger icons and paddings that reduced the number of messages visible to 2, but this change restores that to 3.

As CL[1] added the reason field in showSoftInput to expose where the
show request comes from.
Refine the original showSoftInput debug log from CL[2] to add the
reason for helping the issue clarification.

wtfIfInLock() method was checking 'this' lock while the code is
actually using mLockDoNoUseDirectly returned by getLockObject(),
thus violation werent reported. This CL changes this and fixes
violations when calling hasIncompatibleAccountsOrNonAdbNoLock.
Also move it to other lock-related methods.
