ae425ca614 Parse audio config codec capability for LE devices 
1. Rename function getHwOffloadEncodingFormatsSupportedForA2DP
    to getHwOffloadFormatsSupportedForBluetoothMedia
 2. Add audio format for LC3
 3. Add public class BluetoothLeAudioCodecConfig to store the
    codec for LE audio
 4. Add test case for BluetoothLeAudioCodecConfig

daa879ac68 media: allow excluding arbitrary codecs from REGULAR_CODECS list. 
This can be done by adding the 'special-codec' feature as a required
feature to media_codecs.xml, e.g.

<MediaCodec name="..." type="...">
  ...
  <Feature name"special-codec" required="true" />
</MediaCodec>

This feature is not exposed to applications, and is only used to
exclude a codec from the REGULAR_CODECS list.

7a3aab4ef1 Replace object tag with img tag in javadoc 
The old object-img fallback pattern is not longer required because modern browsers support svgs in img tags, and the old object src pattern violates CSP.

AudioManager already provide such method.

2942e4b584 MediaRouter: Route setBluetoothA2dpOn() via MediaRouterService 
The direct binder usage of AudioService.setBluetoothA2dpOn() is now
blocked by permission for security reasons.
This CL routes the usage to the MediaRouterService.
