Note that this CL modifies the ktfmt_includes so we can keep the
WifiRepositoryImplTest rename from running ktfmt, which would break the
blame history.

Follow the same path as DREAMING->LOCKSCREEN, do a subtle fade and y
translation upon unoccluding.
Allow coroutinecontext override for collectFlow, to optimize path for
transition steps.
Gated behind existing flag (223).

The alpha of a window container can be 0 after it play a fade-out app
transition, (e.g. start/finish activity with overridePendingTransition)
And since there doesn't have another animation layer like legacy
transition do, that window will stay invisible because of alpha=0,
unless somewhere trigger another animation with apply a new alpha on it.
Also it won't able to receive touch event since the alpha is 0.
To make it visible, always reset the alpha to 1 in
buildFinishTransaction.
Bug: 263439418
Test: manual, finish activity with an overridePendingTransition which
apply fade-out animation for the entering one, the activity should be
visible after animation finish.

For P010, each pixel is a 16-bit and a 4:2:0 subsampled.
So, the estimated byte factor should be 3.

- UX polish for quick affordance long press failure: updated string to
match specified copy from writer and delay the shake animation until
after the cancel animation is complete
- Adds haptic feedback to activating on, deactivating, and to long press
failure based on spec sent by scottj@
Fix: 263293154, 262776614
Test: manually verified all four scenarios: no haptic feedback for quick
affordances that don't support activation mode, activation,
deactivation, and shake animation when clicking or holding for too short
a time.

When UnfoldAnimationController is present and entering PiP from a Task
with multiple activities, the resetTask within UnfoldAnimationController
could conflict with the PiP animation and cause flicker.
Fixed this by ignoring restTask in UnfoldAnimationController if there is
no state change going on.

Introduce RefreshCallbackItem that allows to "refresh" activity by going through "stopped -> resumed" or "paused -> resumed" cycle. This allows to clear cached values in apps (e.g. display or camera rotation) that influence camera preview and can lead to sideways or stretching issues persisting even after force rotation in DisplayRotationCompatPolicy.
Using "stop -> resumed" cycle by default due to higher success rate confirmed with app compatibility testing. But introduce ADB commands that allow trying both.

This CL mainly just adds a single method to DemoModeController,
`demoFlowForCommand(String)`. The rest of the diff is from a combination
of ktlint formatting and writing a test for the flow, which required
some restructuring of the class.

Add logging to the mobile icon view models. In order to keep the logs
from duplicating, this CL also adds:
1. The reuse of a single instance of the MobileIconsViewModel
(top-level), which
2. Caches the individual MobileIconViewModel common implementations on a
per-subscription basis. There is now a 1-1 correspondence of the
common mobile icon view model implementations and the number of
subscriptions.
Also updated the MobileIconViewModelTest and
LocationBasedMobileIconViewModelTest classes to use the TestScope method
of running tests.

Camera compatibility treatment that handles orientation mismatch between camera buffers and an app window that can lead to camera issues like sideways or stretched viewfinder.
The treatment is enabled for internal displays that have ignoreOrientationRequest display setting enabled and when a flag config_windowManagerCameraCompatTreatmentEnabled is true. It's only applied to activities that have fixed orientation and are in fullscreen.
Main parts of the solution:
- Listen for the camera changes in DisplayRotationCompatPolicy to trigger orientation update when necessary
- Incorporate DisplayRotationCompatPolicy#getOrientation in orientation resolution logic in DisplayContent
- Don't trigger orientation updates too quickly to avoid orientation flickering during the camera flip or fold-unfold for foldable devices
