fb310c25ee Update lock icon view when biometrics cleared 
To ensure when face auth is the only biometric
enrolled, that the unlocked icon immediately
becomes the locked icon on screen off (when
biometrics authentication states are cleared).

Also add the unlocked => locked icon transition
so there isn't a jump-cut animation when
AoD is enabled and the unlocked icon transitions
to the locked icon.

 1. enroll face auth only without bypass enabled
 2. unlock the lock screen (see unlocked icon)
 3. let the screen timeout
 4. tap screen to wakeup
 Observe: lock icon (not unlocked icon)

d3a795d9dd Enhance BubbleController dumps 
- Fix a formatting issue
- Dump Bubble$mIsClearable in BubblesController
  Sometimes when dismissing a Notification which has a Bubble, it gets stuck in the Shade. A possible reason is that we restore the wrong value for this field (false), which blocks us from dismissing it.

1b1f9f6c88 Pass TaskFragmentAnimationParams to TaskFragment 
Pass the animationBackgroundColor set in WM Jetpack to WM Core through
TaskFragmentAnimationParams.

Introduce TaskFragmentOperation for all the future TaskFragment related
WindowContainerTransaction operations.

5e0dd14900 Use bounds to proxy if an app is full screen. 
Use bounds to proxy if an app is full screen. Using the windowing mode
is not accurate when going to and from pip. There doesn't seem to be a
simple solution on the pip side. This is a proxy until we figure out a
long term solution.

Make sure to bring the starting activity to the front when its caller is
in the front no matter if the caller is the top most task or not.
