afb12625a9 Exposed some testAPIs in UserManager 
The following changes in UserManager are required for ongoing
improvements to CTS/GTS infrastructure.
- Exposed the following as testAPIs:
	* isGuestUserEphemeral
	* createUser
	* preCreateUser
	* createProfileForUser
	* createRestrictedProfile
	* getUsers
	* getUserType
- Added permissions to the following APIs:
	* CREATE_USERS for getUserName
	* INTERACT_ACROSS_USERS for getProfileParent
- Added CREATE_USERS permission to the documentation of
getUsers and the APIs that call it.

Test: Confirmed that a CTS test can call these APIs

1ad90d5a2d Fix domain verification CATEGORY_DEFAULT check 
The category is actually not added to startActivity Intents
automatically, instead relying on the MATCH_DEFAULT_ONLY flag being set.
This updates the Intent validity check to match.

b7bc5bce77 Tweak strings for traffic light face enrollment 
Makes the following changes to help messages that will be shown during
traffic light face enrollment:
- Swaps messages for FACE_ACQUIRED_TOO_HIGH and FACE_ACQUIRED_TOO_LOW.
- Changes FACE_ACQUIRED_TILT_TOO_EXTREME message from "turn" to "tilt".

Test: Manually tested traffic light enrollment.

1c5d763107 Fix total memtrack Graphics and GL calculations 
Some execution paths do not account memtrack reported Graphics and GL
values in the calculations of memtrack total memory consumption.
Fix this by adding the missing parts.
