Fix breakage caused by previous fix. Adding updateResources() in reinflate() so that the padding is set correctly after SysUI crash.

14334fe1d0 Disabled Accessibility services uid registration for auto 
Accessibility services currently runs concurrently with assistant. This
causes issues in automotive where OEMs are running multiple assistants.
The main issue stems from rotaryservice (accessibility service in auto)
running as state bound to a foreground service. Thus assistant is always
listening, this causes issues for other assistant apps as they are
interupted by hotword mistriggers.

98f15cc9ea Remove ShellInit/ShellCommandHandler interfaces to SysUI 
- SysUI now calls init/commands/dump via the ShellController interface
- Move ShellInit/ShellCommandHandler into the sysui package since it's
  only called on sysui startup

cff610bf0e camera2: update original ByteBuffer using bulk get on 'viewed' ByteBuffer for correct position 
When we use any of the viewed methods from ByteBuffer such as
asFloatBuffer, the returned buffer's position and the original
ByteBuffer's positions are independent. So update the original
ByteBuffer's position as well, for correct accounting.
