3aa71cf88d Add active source state changes to dumpsys 
Keep a list of the last 10 changes to the internal active source state.
Also tracks whether the local device considers itself to be the active source and the caller of the active source change.

d92b11e78f Add test to make sure it inits WM Shell controllers properly

dcf3bf17b7 Decouple DividerView from SystemUI 
Moves FlingAnimationUtils to wm shell library as a common utils for both
wm shell and SystemUI.

There are some basic interpolators needed for wm shell library. Since
they are relative basic and already been put into different packages,
duplicates them directly to wm shell library.

8defec445f Update INSTALL_FAILED_REPLACE_COULDNT_DELETE's comment 
To make the comment of INSTALL_FAILED_REPLACE_COULDNT_DELETE easy to
be understood by the developers.

INSTALL_FAILED_REPLACE_COULDNT_DELETE is used to express the situation
that the new package replace the system package neither with
DELETE_SYSTEM_APP flag nor delete application for users.

28b586446f Make the task affinity of a single-instance activity unique 
The task affinity of a single-instance activity was the same as
other activities in the package by default. So, tasks that
have same task affinity would be removed from Recents when the
single-instance activity was started. Also, the trimmed activities
would be finished when return to home since 4e361e9.

90ddc7bd97 PiP: Hide menu when resize starts. 
Attempting to do resize while PIP menu is still visible causes weird
isseus such as jank and flickering, so just hide it. This usually always
happen already when user taps the outside bounds, but if the user starts
from the inside corners it's problematic.

Test: Tap on PIP, see it expands and PIP menu shows up, try to resize -
no more flickering

fc9d9b800f Add accessibility manager enabled check in progressbar 
formatStateDescription() in onProgressRefresh() is causing performance
degradation with accessibility off.

Note that stateDescription is set in onInitializeAccessibilityNodeInfo
to ensure that accessibility always get the update-to-date
stateDescription. Otherwise, stateDescription might be stale on first
accessibility focus and the user might get wrong information.

Fix: b/166215147

Test: tested with talkback enabled from the beginning or from the
middle.
