If a system app had a lingering native library in /data/data/<app>/lib,
it would prefer that over the one in /system/lib due to recent changed
in the Dalvik JNI class loading code.
To "fix" that we need to check if there are any native libraries in a
/data/data/<app>/lib directory for any non-updated system apps and
delete them during scanning.

If an application moved between internal and external storage during a
reinstall, we were getting the wrong path. This change fixes going from
internal to external and external to internal which need different
fixes.

Let SipSession return it when UnknownHostException is caught.
Add DisconnectCause.SERVER_UNREACHABLE in Connection and have SipPhone report
it when receiving SERVER_UNREACHABLE from SipSession.

The test was failing periodically due to too many files being open.
This change attempts to resolve the problem on the theory that
signaling pipe file descriptors are being leaked due to the large
number of Looper instances created during the test run.
However, it's still possible there are other leaks elsewhere.

There is a new ANativeWindow::cancelBuffer() API that can be used to
cancel any dequeued buffer, BEFORE it's been enqueued. The buffer is
returned to the list of availlable buffers. dequeue and cancel are not
mutually thread safe, they must be called from the same thread or
external synchronization must be used.

The SipService used to take an action string and broadcasts an intent with
that action string when an incoming call is received. The design is not safe
(as the intent may be sniffed) and inflexible (can only received by
BroadcastReceiver). Now we use PendingIntent to fix all these.

the core screenshot function now can capture the screen at any lower resolution
performing bilinear filtering.
we also now have some client code to interface with the screenshot service.
it's now possible to request a screenshot at a lower resolution.

this captures the framebuffer via surfaceflinger APIs and outputs
it to stdout. this is intended to be used by adbd.

The video has the same aspect ratio than the window, so the window size doesn't change.
In turn, onSizeChanged() is not called, which is where surfaceChanged() is eventually called from.
we now override setFrame() and always call updateWindow from there instead of from onSizeChanged()

The problem was that even though user does not explicitly request the max file size
limit via MediaRecorder.setMaxFileSize(), the file writer sets an implicit file
size limit if 32-bit file offset is used on user's behalf. The reserved free space
is estimated based on the file size, if the file size limit is set by the user.
The fix is to add an extra bool to tell the difference between an
explit requested file size and an implicit file limit and use that
to set the estimated moov box size accordingly.

This feature was useful to paste between two words. To do this, all you
have to do now in to first position the cursor between the words, and then
long pressing anywhere to get the pop-up menu with paste.
Not merged into HC since the paste story in HC still has to be determined.
