e57620446b Have getVolumeList() take a userId instead of a UID. 
getVolumeList() previously accepted a uid and a packagename. This
approach has a few issues:
1) The uid wasn't actually checked in the implementation to match the
calling UID, nor was the package name checked against the UID in all
cases.
2) The implementation assumed that the UID also specificies the userId
that we want to get the volumes for. This was historically true, but
with the new app cloning implementation, MediaProvider running in user 0
might ask for volumes in the clone user.

To fix this, explicitly pass in the userId that we're requesting volumes
for, and verify that the calling UID and the passed in package name
match.

7fdad8f97a Disable tests not compatible with current shell transitions 
Not all tests are working when wm shell is enabled. However, it is important to put the ones that are working in presubmit/postsubmit to prevent regressions

74cc4db965 Try to fix ActivityThreadTest failure on foldables 
The root cause of this failure is that we don't specify Configuration#orientation
in test, so #handleActivityConfigurationChanged uses device orientation
instead, which is landscape in the failure case. In this way, TestActivity receives
2 onConfigurationChanged callbacks, one is to make Activity portrait,
the other is to make Activity landscape, which is from process
configuration.

This CL specifies orientation in each propagated Configuration to
prevent orientation overridden by process Configuration.
