connectivity-tiramisu-sources filegroup in the framework-t and service
folder is useless after moving all source files to updatable-sources
filegroup, delete them from f/b.

Exclude the static library `android.hardware.contexthub-V1.0-java` from
system_server, as it's already included in the framework. This avoids a
collision between SYSTEMSERVERCLASSPATH and BOOTCLASSPATH.

Each app will have it's own supplemental process with a different uid
that uniquely maps to the uid of the application that this supplemental
process corresponds to.
This will impact some of the PackageManager and PermissionManager APIs
(e.g. PackageManager.getPackagesForUid, or
PermissionManager.checkPermission). In order to make it possible for
PackageManager to correctly treat supplemental process uids, we first
need to teach it about the supplemental process APK itself, hence this
change.

NetworkStatsService is going to be moved into ConnectivityService
module. Move all related files to packages/ConnectivityT so that
it can be easily migrate these files to connectivity module
after clearing the hidden API usages.

Adds the concept of Game State (supplied by the application) to the
GameManager API. This allows the setting of various modes to describe
the current high-level runtime state of the game, as well as the loading
state. In Performance Mode, during loading a hint is sent to the device
PowerHAL via the PowerManager.

This is the first step of switching to AIDL health HAL. All
usages of HIDL HealthInfo is replaced with AIDL HealthInfo.
Because there's only one definition of HealthInfo in AIDL, all
3 versions of HIDL HealthInfo (1.0, 2.0, 2.1) are converted into
this AIDL HealthInfo.
A new function, Utils.copyV1Battery, is introduced in place of
Utils.copy, to denote that only battery fields in the V1 AIDL
HealthInfo are copied. When we add more battery fields to
HealthInfo in the future, the name V1 suggests that only V1
fields are copied. So we'll only need to change it to copyV2Battery
if we are going to use V2 fields in BatteryService.

policy will be inherited by its children. The caller must hold the
ACCESS_SURFACE_FLINGER permission.
Options include:
ALL: SurfaceControl and its children will not receive any
input regardless of whether it has a valid input channel.
OBSCURED: SurfaceControl and its children will not
receive any input if the layer is obscured, cropped by its parent or
translucent.
These policies are used to enable features that allow for a less trusted
interaction model between apps. See the bug for more details.

packages/modules/Connectivity. Move them to
