is missing a "}" brace in the try block. This commit adds the brace

Work towards better diagnosing b/29501073. Adds logic to ensure that the dropbox
entry generated for ANRs fits at least some part of the logcat before the MAX_DROPBOX_SIZE
mark. Also reduces the MAX_DROPBOX_SIZE to be better match size restrictions.

Currently, an incoming call will not vibrate properly in certain cases
in DND mode. Specifically, if Priority Only mode is set, but Calls from
anyone are allowed. We now get the internal ringer mode to detect if the
incoming call is ringing while in DND mode.

It turns out that we can let the system to call
InputMethodService#exposeContent(InputContentInfo, EditorInfo), which
added in my previous CL [1], during the IME is calling
InputConnection#commitContent() as follows.

This gives us flexibility to let InputConnection#commitContent() do all
the magic for IME developers like other APIs such as
Context#startActivity(), rather than asking them to call one more API to
grant a temporary URI permission like a scenario where
Context#grantUriPermission() is used.

Instead of immediately restarting the demo after user inactivity timeout,
now the system shows a warning dialog that counts down for 6 seconds,
during which the user can choose to continue the current session or
restart the session immediately.

For cluster packages [i.e. packages that are split among multiple APKs]
the codePath is the directory containing the APKs. This normally works
well since the directory is created newly on update. However, it breaks
down during OTA when the directory modification time may or may not
change.
Specifically for cluster packages, we determine the packages "last
modified time" as the date of the newwest APK added to the package.

If the config change is system-level and the app doesn't handle
it, it will definitely get relaunched and we don't need to call
onConfigurationChanged.
