1ed317d677 [Notifications] Notify NotifCollectionListeners when a pending entry has 
been removed.

The NotifCollectionListener (listener for the new pipeline) specifies that #onEntryRemoved should
be called when a notification has been cancelled, regardless of whether
or not it has been inflated. This CL adds a call to that method to
ensure that specification is met.

Test: atest + New unit tests

85b7711700 Fix stuck HDMI-CEC actions after boot 
Ensures that all queued actions on local devices are started after
boot. Previously, an unstarted SendKeyAction could stick around after
boot, blocking any future SendKeyAction from being created.

Unit tests omitted because of AOSP incompatibilities.

Test: atest HdmiControlServiceTest#normalBoot_queuedActionsStartedAfterBoot

      manual test: spam volume up on boot with IR volume control enabled

e5b54057c1 Introduce DialogLaunchAnimator (1/2) 
This CL introduces the DialogLaunchAnimator that allows to animate the
entry/exit of any Dialog from/to any View.

Note that this CL does not use the animator for any dialog yet, that
will be added in a follow-up CL.

373aff0c7c Keyguard indication area - owner info fix 
There was discrepancy between how null values and empty strings were
treated in KeyguardIndication and KeyguardIndicationController. This
could lead to a crash in systemui. Modify the
KeyguardIndicationController to match the logic in KeyguardIndication.
