d666f54621 Consider the source task while evaluating the launch-root-task 
87a79d3a1d, always launches in the adjacent task of the launch root
if the adjacent task is focused.  The behavior resulting in Chrome
launcher can not launch new tasks to the specified launch root
anymore because the adjacent task is always in focus. We should
think of using the source task to evaluate the launch-root-task
instead of the focus state.

0f3e6b7ac1 Add privacy dot flag for SystemUI 
Add privacy dot flag, it is used to clearly indicate related components
to keep the maring spaces, or add related overlay views for it.

And also prevent NPE issues at b/199060326 even the phone configs for
cutout or rounded conrner are incorrect.

Detail:
1. ScreenDecorations:
   a.Read privacy dot flag, and follow original
   shouldShowRoundedCorner() method logic to provide another
   shouldShowPrivacyDot() method. The existence of privacy dot container
   is determinated throguht the return value of shouldShowPrivacyDot().
   b. DisplayCutout::getCutout is a sync method, cache the return value
   as local variable.
2. KeyguardStatusBarView: update keyguard status bar left/right margin
as this config.
3. StatusBarContentInsetsProvider: update phone status bar left/right
margin as this config

135c7f4c88 ViewRootImpl: Update opaque flag if SurfaceControl changes from relayout 
The opaque flag is necessary for the compositor to blend the layers
correctly and prevent translucent pixels from showing the layer
underneath during animations.

Test: manually punch holes in apps and verify opaque apps don't show the layer underneath
Test: automated tests to follow
