b529e4c9ca mediacodec: Don't suggest calling getOutputFormat() immediately 
Calling getOutputFormat() at this point currently crashes in
native code. (After a fix to the native code, this gives an
IllegalStateException instead.)

758143ecfe Window position not reported if the window is not moved. 
1.If a window is shown but never moved the window window
  is never notified for its current location. Therefore,
  accessibility nodes do not contain correct bounds in
  screen coordinates.

In a future version of Android, the default value for
<provider android:exported> will change from true to false.
Explicitly set android:exported="true"

b33227d23e WifiWatchdog changes for poor link detection 
- use packet loss (wlutil pktcnt) instead of frame loss, retune all parameters
- use wpa_supplicant to get packet loss counters, instead of netd
- handle BSSID roaming in all situations
- improve flapping avoidance mechanism by setting different target RSSI
- handle high packet loss in high RSSI (never seen in real testing)
- add more comments on how to set all parameters

4ff0cf4b83 Add new debug tool to track hardware layers updates 
You can setprop debug.hwui.show_layers_updates true to flash
hw layers in green when they update. This is also a setting
in the Dev. section of the settings app.

8fa57118ad Add approximate version of Vignette filter to Image Processing test 
Currently uses approx_recip and approx_length (thus approx_sqrt).  Will use
approx_exp once this is implemented.

f6a341248d Move lots of layout-port/ resources to layout/ . 
The framework is no longer letting us skate by without a
default (unqualified) for of each resource; in particular,
the land/port aspect of the configuration appears to be
binding much later than it used to.

75fbb4bdfd Include network type that caused broadcast. 
Network type can be obtained through EXTRA_NETWORK_INFO, but offer
it as first-class extra since the returned NetworkInfo is deprecated.
