Previously, we only started tracking unknownVisibility in
`realStartActivity` which happens after completePause. This is
too late since there can be an arbitrary amount of time before
we get pause and launchBehind apps lifetime shouldn't be
tied to a different task anyways. This CL starts tracking it
on start so that the transition system doesn't interpret it
as syncFinished before we know if it will be visible or not.

Leak report email was set to be nullable in some modules and not
nullable in others. This was causing undeterministic build failures when
building SystemUI with gradle.
Removing nullable annotation from leak report email dependency and using
empty string instead of null.
Only setting the email in leak report email intent when the email string
is not null or empty.

Mute events are logged separately from volume events as
those happen more often and would cause older mute events
to roll off the logging window
Log an error when trying to unmute a stream that should
stay muted due to the set of muted streams by ringer and
zen mode.
Also invert muting and updating mask of muted streams
so the state always precedes the update of the stream,
in order to identify incorrect mute state changes.

In the case where the `CARRIER_CONFIG_CHANGED` broadcast is sent out
before the default data sub RAT config is read, it will read the
system-defined default carrier config instead of the appropriate one for
the current default data sub.
This change is simple: make sure to always fetch the system current
carrier config when the flow starts.

Split roots (either the single-top root or stage roots) were usually
excluded from having window decorations by the exclusion logic for
non-leafs that exists in FreeformTaskTransitionObserver. However,
once split is dismissed and the child tasks are reparented out of the
stages, the two stage roots become leafs and if they were included as
part of a transition, a window decoration was being created for each of
them. This change excludes split roots from having a window decoration.

This reduces icon color flickering when disconnecting one of the devices
from a device group. Normally we use device address to pick a color but
in case we have a group id we should use it instead, so that the color
does not change when one of the devices disconnects.

ANI#performAction(ACTION_CLICK) on an embedded text view's node.

This change accounts for spacing from the layout edge in each
complication, rather than using the ViewGroup's padding setting. This
change resolves clipping during transitions due to an interaction
between the ViewGroup padding and alpha/translation animations.
This spacing calculated in margin calculation, now spread across each
logical complication container. The directional group applies margins
between each complication, while the position group applies margins
from the layout's edge.
