65327c05c4 Add ability to decode only image information with ImageDecoder 
This creates a @hide API which only retrieves ImageInfo object without
continuing the decode of full image. It mirrors
BitmapOptions.inJustDecodeBounds behaviour and allows checking
dimensions and color space configuration of images without proceeding to
full decode (if able).

6149641c1e Update the split layout while density changed 
According to mDividerSnapAlgorithm, the density change results in the
position of the driver bar changed, but the split layout is changed
only in the legacy transition environment. This CL updates the split
layout when the display density changed.

fa4839d23e Stop to show fill dialog if IME is showing 
Because the request to show the fill dialog and the IME is asynchronous.
To reduce the fill dialog appearing on the IME, check to see if the IME
shows it before showing the fill dialog.

This change does not fully resolve the IME and fill dialog showing
at the same time but can mitigate the problem. More details see the bug.

When supported fill dialog flag is appended, the view of parameter
will be null. So remove to check the view is not null when appending
the reset fill dialog flag.

f8489cf667 Validate checkInstallConstraints() installer package name 
installerPackageName is set when creating PackageInstaller instance.
The value is get by context.getPackageName(). But it is possible the
application can modify the value by reflection to bypass the security
check to access the API. This change will verify it and throws the
SecurityException if the name doesn't match.

The change here doesn't update the javadoc part, it will be added in
the follow up changes.
