Fix InputConnection#requestCursorUpdates documentation

Update the InputConnection#requestCurosrUpdates doc to include the newly
introduced CURSOR_UPDATE_FILTER_VISIBLE_LINE_BOUNDS and
CURSOR_UPDATE_FILTER_TEXT_APPEARANCE
