Add the new Text input type TYPE_TEXT_FLAG_ENABLE_TEXT_CONVERSION_SUGGESTIONS

Browse Source 
Add the new input type to indicate that the text conversion suggestions are required by the application. IME should provide the TextAttribute with the text conversion suggestions.
