Add tests for new task animation

We now want to make sure that the wallpaper is not visible in task transitions and instead that a solid color is shown Test: atest FlickerTests:TaskTransitionTest Bug: 199507257 Change-Id: I4f8676620d436b37072219d79f6ddbfef728ea68
