stagefright aacenc: Fix type definitions for 64 bit platforms

Also don't require LINUX to be defined, enable the MSVC typedefs
only within _MSC_VER.

This fixes a lot of warnings about dereferencing pointer 'winPtr'
breaking strict aliasing rules.
