Fix a small issue with IME adjustment
For some keyboards, display frame is the same as the fullscreen, because the way they layout their stuff is different. In such cases, the stack bounds were moved too far. Bug: 28126905 Change-Id: Id3c2c8d9d16e27634006a8ef70d35d8826302da0
