[AChoreographer] Consolidate AChoreographer source files
Now that AChroeographer is defined in libnativedisplay, libandroid should not need its own copy. Instead what we do is: * Statically link libnativedisplay into libandroid * Delete choreographer.cpp This structure is the same as that of ANativeWindow.
