Add rounded wifi status bar icons

They fit into exactly the same rectangles as before, and try hard to overlap exactly with the old icons so only but the most discerning of eyeballs can tell the difference. Test: visual Bug: 37013523 Change-Id: I70819d632a522df1b94a7e7d3f6a4e1a3e560719
