Fixing 'No data transfer' mode in USB configuration

If 'No data transfer' mode is chosen after any other mode nothing happens,
because in case of sending 'MSG_SET_SCREEN_UNLOCKED_FUNCTIONS' message
no actions are taken to usbData.
