Use NotoSansMyanmar (pure Unicode) fonts

Revert Myanmar fonts to those on Android P.

Instead NotoSansMyanmar*-ZawDecode (Unicode-Zawgyi hybrid) fonts,
go back to NotoSansMyanmar and NotoSansMyanmarUI (pure Unicode) fonts.
