razorloves a9e0134376 apn: Update APNs for MetroPCS ...

- Add missing ims apn. Without this, pixel and nexus users were not
    able to use ims features.
  - Set the mtu value. This improves data connection reliability.
  - These changes match with pixel's aosp apn.
