Fixes:
ERROR: HIDL interface vendor.lineage.livedisplay@2.0::IAntiFlicker is
referenced in /system/etc/vintf/compatibility_matrix.device.xml,
but there is no corresponding .hal definition associated with a
hidl_interface module in this build. Typo?
