52ba133285 Create MoreSecurtiyPrivacyFragment 
Created a new MoreSecurityPrivacyFragment, a new
more_security_privacy_settings xml.
This more_security_privacy_settings xml is a created by merging
privacy_advanced_settings.xml and security_advanced_settings.xml and the
MoreSecurityPrivacyFragment is created by merging
PrivacyDashboardFragment and SecurityAdvancedSettings fragments.

Test: adb shell am start -a com.android.settings.security.MORE_SECURITY_PRIVACY_SETTINGS

e6070f9f0e Filter out SecuritySettings search results when alternative available. 
When alternative fragment is shown for the security settings page, we
don't want to show search results that would lead to an unused security
settings page.

4b302a166e Adds SecuritySetting feature for providing an alternative SecuritySettings fragment

Test: Tested manually with and without feature-provided fragment.
Test: No new failures in SettingsUnitTests, or robolectric. No failures in security directory of robolectric tests.

62c78ff3fa Migrate robolectric tests to junit tests 
This change do the 2 things:

1. Add new junit tests files which replace robolectric
   RobolectricTestRunner & RuntimeEnvironment with
   AndroidX objects without problem.
2. Remove the robolectric test files which have it's new junit files.

This change migrate 103 files, there are still 1209
files to go.
