Within Settings app, long press allows user to copy status/summary part
when it comes to first SIM.
This is a commit to enable the same feature on the second sim.

Open Settings, then open Storage , plug in USB OTG with Disk, select Disk, open Files, play a video, press the back key, hot plug out USB OTG, the IndexOutOfBoundsException will happen
The root cause is when received the onVolumeStateChanged in StorageEventListener in StorageDashboardFragment, the volumeInfo
status is VolumeInfo.STATE_UNMOUNTED or VolumeInfo.STATE_EJECTING, mSelectedStorageEntry set to changedStorageEntry, cause the fail.
This is a fix for CL 225095144 bug.

Improve the SD card setup flow so that each formatting option is provided in a separate screen with clear description and illustration.Also make sure that guest users do not have any access to formatting options.

SD card format as internal, during migrate process press back key or During "Format as Portable",
press back key crash happened.
Fix:
Hide the bottom navigation from that particular activity so that user can not accidentally
press back key.

2. Go to Settings -> Storage -> SD Card -> Format as Internal -> move later
3. After step 1, back to storage

Before this change, USB flash drive is removed from storage spinner
when it's unmounted (by option menu 'Eject'), however, USB flash
drive will show in storage spinner when Storage Settings page is
resumed again.
After this change, USB flash drive will show in storage spinner
even if it's unmounted. It will be removed until it's unplugged
from device.

Storage settings will crash because there is no emulated primary volume found after private internal volume is Ejected.
Below change in Settings impacted Storage dashboard screen behavior as
it Query storage size instead of calculate size of installed APP. Due to
this design change now MediaProvider is queried for file sizes, but due
to unmounting of primary emulated volume it crashes.
We should not show Eject option for private Internal volume.

Storage view is white and cannot show any info while plug in/out u disk because the visibility of list view is gone.
This visibility is set when StorageDashboardFragment.java sets loading using API setLoading.
In error condition setloading was not called due to conditional statement.
After removing the conditional statement, it sets loading through which visibility of the list view is set to VISIBLE.
1. Enter Settings->Storage
2. Plug in U-disk, storage view will start updating
3. During storage view updating, plug out U-disk(before phone recognized and show U-disk)
