Before this CL, there is a possible phishing attack allowing a malicious
BT device to acquire permissions based on insufficient information
presented to the user in the consent dialog. This could lead to local
escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed.
User interaction is needed for exploitation.
This CL add more prompts presented for users to avoid phishing attacks.
Merge Conflict Notes:
There were a number of entries in strings.xml that did not exist on this
branch. However, as the CL only adds new entries rather than modifying
old ones this should not cause a problem. There were no merge conflicts
in the java files.

After enabling DHCP hostname option, the device name will be carried
in the DHCP packets when connecting to a Wi-Fi network, which is also
visible for the DHCP server (upstream AP or hotspot). Update the warning
text correspondingly.

Since Bedtime mode can suppress AoD, after reviewed by UX, we decide
update the summary to "Unavailable because Bedtime mode is on" when AoD
is suppressed by Bedtime mode.

This change is to update the related UI in the battery page if the
battery is not present. This includes the following updates:
1. Update the summary of battery tile in the Settings homepage
2. Replace the battery level with "Unknown"

Fix an issue due to recent changes tha made the settings app
accidentally categorize non sdk gated changes as targetSdk > -1.
The recent changes made target sdk changes have a '>=' condition instead
of strictly '>', so address that issue as well.

- This CL before, Bluetooth settings will hide the "see all"
option when bluetooth is off. For the UX improvement, this
CL will show the "see all" button when bluetooth is off. And
turn on the BT when user press "see all" button to let user to
quick pair their disconnected devices.

This adds a new section to the media controls settings screen with a
list of apps that could potentially be used for resumption. If an app is
toggled off it will be added to a list of apps which will not persist in
QS, even when resumption is on.
Also updated the strings on this setting page to match UX
recommendation, so the default toggle state is now on.
