For some binaural models, when only one side is connected and call a group operation, the remote device will return ERROR_REMOTE_OPERATION_REJECTED. We can re-try to selectthe preset for each device independently in this case. After the other device is reconnected, the preset should automatically sync in the remote side.

Instead of directly stop audio sharing, clicking on media devices will
lead to different sharing dialogs based on different scenarios. The

We're going to add more different device controls (such as hearing aids presets, volume offset controls or microphone volume controls) into "device_controls_general" PreferenceCategory. It's better to keep the category controller separated from the child controller to better maintain the visibility of the whole category and have a clearer stucture of these controllers.

Root Cause: There are two device details entries in Connected devices and Hearing devices page which can both go to the same page, it will have the endless loop problem.

The audio framework can deduce the type with the help of the
BluetoothDevice metadata API. In case this is known we will grey out the
list with the manual selection of the audio device type.

If the device is a dual device which supports both ASHA + LE Audio, it'll pair the other ear with CSIP and group it as a member device. If LE Audio is not enabled, the current logic will fail to recognize the other ear is already paired. Update the logic to well handling this situation.

The pair other ear button should disappear after both ears of binaural
hearing aids are connected.
Remove checking if CSIP is enabled since CSIP is always enabled in
