In the Storage Settings, if the text is too long, it will overlap with
the donut. After discussing with UX, we've opted to shrink the text in
the extenuating circumstances. This is because this text is more of a
helper and the full information is on the left.

Replaces the default Toolbar in SettingsActivity with one that looks
like a search bar. It uses a Toolbar inside a CardView with some custom
styling.
Since the search bar is a floating element, the new toolbar lives in the
content frame of the dashboard. A FrameLayout is used to provide the
layering that is desired.
Since the search bar is on top, an additional spacer view is added to
the list of items in the dashboard. Its color changes based on what
the first view is so that it always matches.
Adds android-support-v7-cardview as a dependency (and reorders the
other deps to be in alphabetical order).
Remaining work (in future CLs):
- remove search menu option?
- clean up initial window
- remove the line between the header and the first condition
when there's a condition

Use FillContentLayout to make sure the illustration is according to
specs, between 124dp and 264dp, filling up the remaining size.
The landscape layout is also updated so that the illustration is
vertically centered instead of shifted downwards.

Replace the negative margin + inset background hack with a overriding
call to requestRectangleOnScreen, which will also make a best effort

- Update background color of actionbar
- Remove elevation of actionbar so it appears to be the same entity as
app header.
- Add a shadow below app header view. We can't set elevation on app
header unfortunately because that will add shadow all round the view,
but we only want shadow below it.
- Updated app icon size/text size per to match UI spec.

Make the fingerprint enroll progress bar scalable by moving it to a
single FingerprintProgressBar view and make it fill the remaining
space.
- The background fingerprint icon was changed to include the padding
internally so it can be added as the background directly onto the
progress bar view.
- The icon in landscape mode is also fixed to use the fingerprint
icon rather than the lock icon.

BluetoothPairingDialog no longer asks for a
pair code when the user only needs to

1. Add a play button icon to show on top of the gesture videos when the
video is not playing.
2. Dynamically split the gesture video and description text in half
instead of using the hard coded value.
3. Hide the video view if animation is not available.
