This change fixes two issues: when wakeup is not available, update the number of items to show above the fold in wifi preferences. When scorer is not set, grey out wakeup toggle and set summary to reflect the status. Juan Lang	777ed2535a	Depend on SettingsLib's version of lifecycle and FooterMixin. ... The implementations have been imported into SettingsLib. Setting's copy can now be removed, which this change also does.
