3304bec980 Use adaptive icon shapes for settings homeepage 
- Add AdaptiveIconShapeDrawable for the homepage icon backgrounds
- Rename RoundedHomepageIcon -> AdaptiveHomepageIcon to reflect that the
adaptive icon shape is used

80d03d1d20 Create a new top level Privacy entry 
This CL focuses on building up Privacy entry in
Settings homepage.

And also reuse some preferences in here.
