Show the pairing dialog with the hint message
that pairing this device will pair all of the
set member of a coordinated set. If the device
supports CSIP, the message will be shown.

Settings Injection used to start activities with
startActivityForResult() and its extension, where there was not result
really being handled. Hence, this CL corrects the way it starts
activities by removing the "ForResult" part.

Test: robotest and launch Android Auto to see it being launched in
another task.

into SettingsLib.
Change all PrimarySwitchPreference reference to

Before this CL, the USB default settings will set default usb functions
to RNDIS when tethering is started. Because in some devices, the NCM
is used instead of RNDIS to start tethering. If RNDIS is set in the
device that uses NCM to start tethering, it will cause start
tethering failed.
This CL will use the current functions to set default usb functions
to fix this issue.
