settingsIntent is obtained by method getSettingsIntent in
TtsEngines.java, and it has the chance to return null directly in
which case will lead to NPE crash when we startActivity in
TextToSpeechSettings.java with a null intent.
So, a judgement here makes sense.

Step by step:
1. Pair and connect with BTHS (e.g. SBH50).
2. Click the settings icon of paired device, and check "Use for" items.

The previous method "compareTo" isn't locale-sensitive, it cannot
sort the String in some other languages. So Collator is recommended
to be applyed here.

Settings app crashes when tapping Home key while adding new user because
UserSettings#showDialog() is called after onSaveInstanceState().
To fix this issue, a dialog should not be shown after onPause().

Even if SIM slot 2 is selected in SIM card lock settings,
the current tab is changed to SIM slot 1 when rotating the device.
To fix this issue, the current tab should be restored

Symptom:
After manually pull out the removable sd card or usb storage in
StorageSettings screen, it automatically moves to
PrivateVolumeSettings screen. This time, launching
PrivateVolumeSettings Activity is triggered six times and end-user
has to press back key six times to exit PrivateVolumeSettings
screen.
Root cause:
When sd card is pulled out, StorageSettings got three state change
event (UNMOUNTED, BAD_REMOVAL and onDiskDestroyed) through
StorageEventListener that triggers launching PrivateVolumeSettings
screen. In addition StorageSettings register the listener two
times, then StorageSettings receives six event in total.
Therefore, PrivateVolumeSettings screen is launched six times.
Solution:
Skip launching PrivateVolumeSettings if it's already triggered.
And removed the duplicated listener registration.

When switching to a secondary user, Settings will disable all extra
categories that aren't configured in SETTINGS_FOR_RESTRICTED.
As the result, Default apps settings disappear.
To fix this issue, AdvancedAppsActivity class of Default apps settings
should be added to SETTINGS_FOR_RESTRICTED.
