3ac629f04e [Settings] Try to reduce the time pending on BroadcastReceiver 
This is not a design which could resolve the issue, but try to improve
it through reducing the time blocking on BroadcastReceiver and reducing
the happening of ANR.

b5293a2d1c Cleanup plurals in Settings, change <one> to <1> in string res file. 
"One" and "1" are not same, such as "1st place" vs "a
place". Also in many languages, plurals expression is different with English, for more detail please check: go/android-i18n-plurals.
So in string res file, replace "one" with excat value "1" is a more
proper way.

Test: Existing unit tests still pass.

eece0f702f Move config_isSafetyCenterLockScreenPendingIntentFixed 
To res-export folder.

This resource is not used by Settings, but is exported for external
usage by other apps.

Put it into res-export folder to prevent from accidentally clean ups.

f31108f11a Specifies nav destination when opening shortcuts. 
Doing this will open the correct screen when clicking on "Shortcuts"
under Settings > Display > Lock screen.

Fix: 258471384
Test: manually verified that clicking on it opens the wallpaper picker
experience with the correct page showing.
