1. Connect the UI and controller components so that users can make
changes and the changes will be written to settings and properly read
back.
2. Update string constants to reflect changes from TIP1.
3. Refactor components slightly to reduce duplicate code.
4. Hide unsupported factors for now. They'll be added back later.

is supported.
- Hides standard preferences when device-state rotation is supported.

Add default placeholder when a dream doesn't provide a preview image.

This is more correct. Android devices, even under ideal conditions,
don't track UTC (which contains leap seconds and uses the SI definition
of a second) but use a clock based on Unix epoch time (no leap seconds,
but clocks may skip/stop or smear around leap seconds to ensure a fixed
number of second increments per calendar day when leap seconds are
applied to UTC).
