7f0a30226a Refactor WifiSlice to CustomSliceManager 
Modify the WifiSliceCode to follow the pattern for
Slices that do not match existing UI components.

56b2bad05e Handle special case slices 
Create a handler for any slice that doesn't include anything
from a PreferenceController.
