d62b2c23cf Update string associated with Connected, Always On or Insecure VPNs 
Previously these strings were separated with a comma, but the new design
is to separate them with a "/" and to not include always-on information
if the vpn is also insecure.

* Details on URLs in the credential management
  app preference should be translatable.
* Remove hardcoded text and introduce strings.

Manual testing
* Download TestDPC and select 'Request to
  manage credentials'.
* Select allow.
* Go to Settings Credential management app
  preference and verify URL strings are displayed
  correctly.

4f1e17eba1 Create a setting for Assist invocation via long press power button 
Adds a setting which allows the user to enable invoking the Assist app via long pressing the power button. The availability of setting is controlled by config_longPressOnPowerForAssistantSettingAvailable configuration value.

- Rmove an empty icon for screen attention setting.

de9d641349 Update strings in main VpnPreference. 
If there is an insecure VPN, don't display the name of the vpn in the
summary. Instead, display "Not secure" if there is only 1 total vpn
available, and display the number of insecure VPNs + " not secure."
