f1d544f945 Add a "Use high quality audio" option to Bluetooth A2DP device settings 
This change adds a checkbox reading "Use high quality audio: <codec
name>" to the details dialog for A2DP audio bluetooth devices that
support codecs other than the mandatory SBC (eg AAC, LDAC, aptX, etc.).

2859b9a302 Update theme setting to not require reboot 
Add calls into the OverlayManagerService to update the overlays

bccd652503 Makes it possible to robo-test Settings app fragments. 
This adds bunch of shadow/placeholder classes and logic to handle
references to Android internal resources or newly added classes/methods
that Robolectric hasn't yet picked up.

Developers can follow ManageApplicationsTest example to use the shadow
classes and the utility method to start ther fragment in their
robolectric tests.
