82d9096796 Should forward the intent even if its activity is disabled in Settings 
This fixes the cross profile intent filter test in CtsVerifier.
Activities of action APPLICATION_DEVELOPMENT_SETTINGS and
NFC_PAYMENT_SETTINGS are disabled in managed profile. But we still
want their corresponding intents to be forwarded to personal side.

f2e39f2ee4 Switch to listening for USER_INITIALIZE broadcast in the Settings app. 
The PRE_BOOT_COMPLETED broadcast is no longer sent when creating a new
profile.
Also, we no longer listen to BOOT_COMPLETED as that adds too much overload.

5667a6890a Clears previously added cross-profile-intents 
Clears the old cross-profile intent filters added by the Settings app.
This makes sure we do not have duplicates and also that there are no
outdated intents being forwarded (intents that do not exist any more).

2d578ce293 Don't use the profile info for name 
Since we now have a way to directly edit the user's photo/name
via a dialog, don't rely on the Me profile name anymore. That
one will be out of sync with the manual nickname editing.
