This CL adds a flag named config_show_internet_settings so access to
Internet preference can be easily customized as Wi-fi preference was in
the past, this level of customization was lost when Internet preference
was introduced here ag/13053253.

The feature is behind a release flag. It is also behind an experiment
flag so it can be trialed with Googlers before general release even
after being enabled in a release.
The feedback button only shows up if there is an intent URI configured,
which should be handled via an overlay. The design means that the intent
is potentially dependent on the manufacturer (good!), though I expect we
will suggest a standard one for GMS devices so we get feedback from a
variety of devices with different form factors / capabilities.
In this default, GMS core (Google Play Services) will handle the intent
and take the user through a feedback UI flow.
Testing:
To enable the button you need to build with one of release variants that
supports dynamic flags, e.g. trunk_food.
Then release flag:
$ adb shell device_config put location com.android.settings.flags.datetime_feedback true
It still won't work without the experiment flag:
$ adb shell device_config put settings_ui time_help_and_feedback_feature_supported true
Finally, the settings entry will launch an intent when pressed which has
to have a receiver. The receiver will be in GMS core but will be subject
to its own review / launch process. Until then, this feature will remain
quiet, biding its time.

Add config_show_wifi_display_enable_menu to control whether to
display "Enable wireless display" menu at Settings->
Connection preference->Cast.
If persist.debug.wfd.enable is 1, "Enable wireless display" menu will be
shown at Settings->Connection preference->Cast. Add a config to hide the
menu when needed.
setHasOptionsMenu is invoked in onActivityCreated of the parent class of
WifiDisplaySettings. No need to invoke it in onCreate.

This has the following changes:
1. On profile creation starts intent to add google account to the private profile for Pixel only devices.
2. On accout sign in failed show an error screen with message to try again.
3. Moves the lock setup fragment from private to main user which now calls the helper Activity as a private user which helps to setup lock. This activity can now also be called from the planned Secondary Auth settings page to set up private profile lock.
4. On set up complete use SHOW_WORK_APPS intent as a workaroud to start launcher.

Apps > App Info > Advanced > Aspect ratio
Adds fullscreen option to aspect ratio settings gated by fullscreen
build time and runtime flags. If fullscreen option is disabled, return
app default option.
To enable feature:
