Mofidied the search_bar layout and added this icon in the right side of the search_bar.
Added the hasAccount api in AvatarViewMixin and display this icon when there is no any account in device.
Added the test case of the AvatarViewMixin.

Change padding top/bottom to margin, so the sliceview can use the full
288dp height (4 rows + see more button).
Side effect is that ripple doesn't fill the entire cardview. But it
never did anyway.

The default height of sliceView with MODE_LARGE is 240dp which supports
three rows(including the header) above "show more" button. Since WIFI
and Connected devices use cases require four rows + show more button, we
need to expand the height to fulfill it.

This CL updates the preference for selecting the enabled tether bands
to allow individual selection of multiple bands instead of forcing
a single selection. Note that while this makes the UI theoretically
support new bands in the future, the wifi backend only supports
selecting a single band or all bands which this CL does not address.

For high-color displays, it's desirable to have a preview of the
impact the user's color preference will have on images. This commit
adds that functionality to ColorModePreferenceFragment by extending
RadioButtonPickerFragment to support static content.
The image used here is a placeholder pending UX.

- instead of using hard-coded width for 1 or 2 cards, they should take

This CL add a checkbox letting user decide when they reset the network
configurations under System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile &
Bluetooth, whether they want to reset eSIM together or not. If the user
choose to reset eSIM togather, EuiccManager#eraseSubscriptions will be
called and all the eSIM profiles will be removed.
